Refund & Returns Policy

At Balance + Skin, we’re committed to helping you feel confident and supported in your skincare journey. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
  • You must contact us at hello@balanceandskin.co.uk before sending anything back.

 

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@balanceandskin.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

 

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
